Quick gazpacho

Ingredients:
- Passata - 250g
- Red Pepper - 1 chopped
- Red Chilli - 1 chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove peeled crushed
- Sherry vinegar - 1 teaspoon
- Lime - Juice of 1/2
Instructions:
step 1 In a blender (or with a stick blender), whizz together the passata, red pepper, chilli, garlic, sherry vinegar and lime juice until smooth. Season to taste, then serve with ice cubes
